Transaction launcher - Sign on

Hi Experts,

we are using transaction launcher process to call a url from our CRM Web UI.

Since the current url is expired,I have updated the new url inplace of the old one.But ever since I made this change system is asking users to enter their log in details when a user clicks on the workcenter that calls the url in the webclient.

Previously it was working fine,but ever since I have updated the new url system is asking users to enter their login details to enter a particular url.But users shouldn't get the pop to enter their login details when they click on the url link.

Please guide me if I should make any single sign on or any proxy settings to resolve this issue.
