Hi Pradeep,
there is no possiblity for mass changes in the shopping carts. For mass changes you will need to create a cutom code.
In the backend system for PR changes please use the transaction MEMASSRQ.

no provision from admin /buyer /requestor at one shot deletion. go individual only as peter advised.
srm also should capable to do in future like mass deletion in ECC BO.
