Hi,
in SAP BW, I have a APD which uses a BEx query as source and sends the data directly to aggregate component. After that this aggregated data is sent further to joins and routines logic and finally a DSO.
Now I have to filter the data going to the aggregation component mentioned above(from the query). Modifying the query is NOT an option. I have to send data forward only if document type is of a certain type and if its keyfigure value is positive.
But if I break the link between the query and aggregate , all the logic and components after the aggregate component get affected. Is this avoidable?

Cleo
Hello Cleo,
you should be able to add a filter in between your source and the aggregate without affecting all the components after the aggregate.
Cheers,
Raf
