Secondary Index Differs Message for Report TFC_COMPARE_VZ

ECC 6.o new GL is activated.

In the output of report 'TFC_COMPARE_VZ" upper portion gives the message "no differences occured", but in the lower half of the screen many documents are given with the message "Secondary index differs. Account type: S account # "

Does anyone know what this error message means and how can be corrected?

I ran the program TFC_ADJUST_VZ. When excuted it first gives the message "No differences logged in subledger accounts in fiscal year XXXX, and when hit continue gives the message "Individual documents inconsistent - no automatic comparison possible."

Thanks for your help in understanding and rectifying these error messages.
