Fields are missing when the web app converts Crystal report 2016 to pdf

We are converting an rpt from XI R2 version to CR 2016. The runtime engine is CRuntime engine 13.0.23 and the dll version is 13.0.0 and the app is VS 2017. The new 201 report is not converting 2 new fields to pdf. The same app when run in a 32 bit engine using XI R2 rpt converts it to pdf correctly.

What is the issue? The fonts used are Times New Roman size 10 something like Centre ID:South is now showing as Centre ID: without the data value. Datasource is an xml datasource.

Thanks in advance,

Sandhya .

Are the two fields in the middle of the report or are they on one of the sides? What type of database are you connecting to? When you converted to CR 2016, did you update the database driver you're using in the report?

Didn't have to update any driver since the Datasource is in-memory dataset in xml format fed by the app. However, thanks for pointing in the right direction, my app was out of sync with the report changes and lacking the 3 fields- not a Crystal issue.
