Hi,
I'm trying to replicate my created BP in CRM to ERP, but I have a doubt.
When we create the Account Goup that is going to recieve the BP from CRM, we need to creat the proper interval number, an what else.??
Just another thing, I'm trying to replicate BP customers.
Thanks
Dear Rui,
For the BPs created in CRM to get replicated in CRM you need to map the CRM classification to an account group in transaction PIDE on the R/3 side (CRM->R/3: Assign BP Classification to Account Grp.). For this CRM grouping you need to maintain a number range (here internal) and the same needs to assigned as external on the R/3 side for that particular account group.
hope this will help.

DT

Hi Rui,
Once you maintain the proper settings you run the adapter object CUSTOMER_MAIN via t-code R3AS. this will download all the customers from R/3 to CRM. You can monitor this load Via R3AM1.
If you want to download a specific customer(s) then you can create and start a request load via t-codes (R3AR2 and R3AR4) and monitor the same via R3AR3.

Hi Rui, how are you?
Well, if you're talking about business partner roles (example: customer XXXX is a payer), you can take a look at note 914437 to do the work using an user-exit. Alternativaly, you can use BUPA_INBOUND badi at CRM side to get the same result.
If you're talking about business partner functions that you use in partner relations (example: customer XXXX is a payer for YYYY to specific sales area), you must configure this entries:
- SPRO->CRM->Basic Functions->Partner Processing->Data Transfer->Distribution of Partner Functions from SAP ECC into CRM
- SPRO->CRM->Basic Functions->Partner Processing->Data Transfer->Distribution of Partner Functions from CRM into SAP ECC
Hope that helps!
Kind regards,
Garcia
