installation error for netweaver 7.5 on oracle 12c using SWPM

Dear Experts,

We are stucked with the follwoing error while installing etweaver 7.5 with oracle 12c as Database using SWPM 1.0 SPS24.

the error is like

An error occurred while processing option SAP NetWeaver 7.5 > Oracle > Installation > Application Server ABAP > Standard System > Standard System(Last error reported by the step: Assertion failed: OraNetworkConfigurator.doClientNetworkConfiguration: Argument tnsnamesOraTemplate must point to an existing file). You can now: Choose Retry to repeat the current step. Choose Log Files to get more information about the error. Stop the option and continue later. Log files are written to /tmp/sapinst_instdir/NW750/ORA/INSTALL/STD/ABAP.

we tried setting permissions for admin directory to 777 and for SWPM as well . Please guide us best way to proceed with this .
