Hi all,

how is the field "work progress" controlled in the tickets in c4c? Where can I change the value help/logic?

Hello Deborah,

You can maintain 'Work Progress' within Ticket Item level (Service and Repair facet).Initally work progress will be 'Open' .Once the technicial start working on it - it changes to 'Started'. And when you click 'Finish Work', the work progress changes to 'Finish'.
