Program "SAPLCHVW" has exceeded the maximum uninterrupted runtime hence, process is terminated.

In the Batch Information Cockpit(T.code BMBC), when i search usage of particular material's batch number, system throws 'Program "SAPLCHVW" has exceeded the maximum uninterrupted runtime error'.

Abaper's are telling this is not their's so, please help me to solve this one.
