How to associate Object Repository in QTP when opened from eCATT?

Hello,

Could you please tell me how to associate Object Repository in QTP when QTP is opened from eCATT (Integrated mode)? While I try to add the OR using the option 'Associate Repository' in QTP, I get a pop up 'Open External File from eCATT'. This does not allow me to add the OR in the way we add it in a standalone QTP script. Can anyone suggest a solution?
