Unable to see the digital signature pop up box while doing RR and UD for the Inspection lot

Hi All

Once the inspection lot is generated through the calibration maintenance order and when i try to do the RR and UD system is not poping up the digital signature box

I have maintained the setting of the digital signature but am not sure why it is not trigerring.

Please do the share the steps for inpection type 14 for Plant Maintenance.
