S4HPC & Job Scheduling?

Hello,
I hear that job scheduling is basically going away with S4 public cloud. well sm36 goes away and is replaced with SJOBREPO. but still confused what that actually means.

Scenario: i have a job scheduler (cronacle/tws/sm36)... with thousands of scheduled jobs. So bye bye to these jobs...

Will spool files exist? ability to execute abaps+variants? I understand all custom programs will need to be recreated in new abap/java/etc, but confused on this piece.

If you have any info or resources to help me better comprehend future changes, would be extremely appreciated.

Hi

Transaction SJOBREPO displays an overview of all standard job definitions delivered by SAP in the technical job repository and not for custom JOBS, only the technical standard JOBS will be managed using SJOBREPO and for the rest custom Jobs -create and schedule still we can use the same transaction sm36 IN S/4 HANA SYSTEMS.

Spool files will exists as per the retention period,
