SAP HR Certification pattern

Hi,

I am planning to appear SAP HR Certification (C_THR12_05) some where in April / May.

If some one can give me idea how the exam pattern, model questionare and what would be study material etc.

I heard now exam pattern has been changed, so please give me some details like what would be the new pattern and pass % etc.

Hi,

I have passed the certification last month. It is checking your conceptual clarity. Always stick to your syllabus & provided materials( THR10 & 12) even if got hands on experience.Read the material 2-3 times .Simple concepts will be asked in a tricky way. I prepared for 1 month ( didn't attend any training) . I felt payroll related questions where more for my exam. Also remember to revise the Q&A's given at the end of every unit.If you can see some sample Q&A it will be help full. Prepare well for your exam and try to clear in your first attempt itself.....All the best buddy start your preparation and post the good news soon

Congradulations on passing the exam. I am new to SAP and planning on taking the HR Exam in October. Is 2 months enough?

I think the exam No is C_THR12_64 and P_HCMWPM_64.
