Calculated Key figures showing * values occasionally

Dear Experts,

I have created a report with a calculated key figure where the formula is Column 2 % Column 1 for column 3 . Some of the values are calculated correctly while some are detected by the exceptions arrow but only visible as *. i have aligned column 3 as descending and if we calculated the missing values, they would fit right in the sort order. Please suggest a solution.
