How to remove Assets Master Field optional

At the time of asset Master creation Depreciation Useful life filed is mandatory but how can remove.

1) Assets Creation-AS01

Depreciation Area tab

Field useful life -Mandatory

How can remove it.

Already optional field in Depreciation Area 1000 & 2000.

But Not remove the problem.

Please suggestion with a solution in Screenshot

maintain declining Balance method so that useful life not mandatory.
