client and company code??

Ok Sir ,Client is Separate.So in what ever company Sap Implementing for them also need to create company code.

Example : ABC company need SAP ERP for there Company .

ABC have two more branch with Name XYZ & PQR and ABC also Doing Business,SO we create Company Code For all Three (ABC, XYZ & PQR ) Or We Will Create Company Code For (XYZ & PQR).ABC is the head OFFICE Or Main Office .So How ABC Will Get Detail Of XYZ & PQR ?Or If we Create Company Code for All Three separately than what is the use ? how head branch willl get the information of other two or all toghether ??

Each legal entity for which you create Financial statements like Balance Sheet and P&L statement is created as a company code in SAP.
