SAP Oracle instance not able to start

Dear Experts,

Successfully, Upgrade the Oracle patch Version 10.2.0.4.0 from oracle Version 10.2.0.1.0 on SCM4.1 with windows 2003 server. After upgrade the patch, I tried to start oracle instance but I got an error

Please see the erroru2026
