SAP HANA Express - Installation of SAP Web IDE for SAP HANA failed

Hello,

I created a SUSE VM in Azure making sure it fulfills the minimum hardware requirements as mentioned here - https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/hxe-ua-getting-started-binary-xsa.html

I am trying to install Server + Applications using the binaries.

The XSA Installation fails with error - 'Installation of SAP Web IDE for SAP HANA failed'

I have attached the log file. Please help.install-log.txt

I also tried to just install hdblcm then. It failed at the same step.

I have attached the full log file as well.install-log-update.txt

The log says:

- com.sap.cloud.lm.sl.slp.client.HttpClientException: : Error while executing REST API call: Upload SL Management Protocol files
