Customer merge (only for transactional data)

Hi all,

I am wondering to know if there is any way to use Customer Merge functionality, without copying Master data, just Transactional data. I have only found a way to prevent the vistim's address to get copied (through PDI) but no way of avoiding the rest of the copy.

Any ideas?

Hi Alejandro,

As per the standard customer merge functionality all the master & transnational data(via scoping) is moved to master account on merging. The only way to stop certain data to get copied, you have to handle using PDI.
