How to Connect QGIS with HANA?

Hello,

Can anybody give me a hint how to connect QGIS with HANA? I tried to create a connection from PostGIS entry on the browser tree of QGIS on the left hand side. I tried two options: 1) hostname + 30013 port + name of tenant DB 2) hostname + index server SQL port of tenant DB leaving data base empty. When trying to connect, it says that the server closes the connection unexpectedly. Both connections work as e.g. Systen DSN ODBC connections.

Hi Ingo,

just found that old thread. Meanwhile it is possible to connect QGIS and HANA via GeoServer. With the GeoServer HANA Plugin you can publish a WFS service, which can be consumed via QGIS.

We are also working on a direct integration, which is not yet finalized.
