My Client want to use only WIN ID's (IT0185 - ICNUM) Instead of Personal numbers(Pernr) while executing all of the standard SAP HR programs. They don't want us to edit the standard programs to have the Win ID's filled, instead they want a wrapper program of all of the standard programs inside the program, we need to have logic to get the corresponding employee numbers for input Icnum and execute the standard report and in the output replace the Person id's with ICNUM's.
Is there any Badi available at the LDB PNP or this can be done by configuration via Reference numbers? Does anybody faced any thing like this? Please let me know how to approoach towards if so?
