I am facing an issue in Budget transfer posting. We have workflow activated on one of doc type used in MFBB. Workflow is active for doc class BCSBU. It is working fine as long as FMBB pre-posting is for Entry & Supplement . When amount is pre-posted using processes like entry and supplement , the amount in workflow appears under current budget , once it is approved by final approver , it shows up in consumable budget. In this doc type which is used has setting as shown in picture, there is no automatic release settings.
Issue is when I try to use this document type for transfer posting between commitment items within a fund center or between fund center, it always go into error "The Budget Amount is not sufficient for release". This error vanishes if I use a doc type which has automatic release of budget settings but with this doc type amount shows up in consumable budget despite of the fact that it is in workflow approval. This is happening for process transfer only.
Any idea on what can be the probable cause of the issue.
