Negative stock allowed for the plant but error in Cogi

Hi ,

I have activted the negative stock for the materila in the material master & i have activate in the SPRO transaction OMJ1.but when i executing the transaction for the issue its throing error "suffient stock is not available ".

We recently upgraded to SQL 2005 and as part of that there were a couple of SAP service packs applied.

What could be the reason ?

Please give OSS note for remove the error.
