ArchiveLink attachments not showing in WebGUI

Does anyone know why ArchiveLink attachments are not showing up in the attachment lists in FB03 and MIR4 in WebGUI? The lists are empty but the attachments are there and show up fine in SAPGUI.

What SAP_BASIS and Kernel version and patch are you using here?

there is no reason this is not working, were you able to solve the problem in the meantime ?

The cases where attachment are visible in GUI but not in Web screens are usually related to Fiori as this last one uses a new technique for managing attachments (the Attachment Service, based on GOS).

For that case there is an add-on, YAC, which has many functionalities around attachments, such as being able to store them into any content / document management solution (Sharepoint, file system, DB, custom, on premise and in the cloud), or ensuring that attachments are automatically attached to any object in SAP so that they are in all cases visible in all screens. This works for all types of attachments (SAPOffice, GOS, Archivelink, etc.) and in all screens (GUI, Fiori, GUIHtml, WebDynpro, etc.)
