SPAU Logical Info Objects & Physical Info Objects

Hello guys...

I am doing the SPAU for one upgrade from 4.7 to ECC 6.0

After the applying the Support package i have to do the spau.

in the SPAU > Without Modification Assistant ->HR Objects---->Logical Info Objects (Client-Specific)

SPAU > Without Modification Assistant ->HR Objects---->Physical Info Objects (Client-Specific)

I am getting lot of objetcs under above criteria...Example...1) Semantic short name for PD plan 2) Supplemental Bonus

3) Retention Bonus etc....

with Yellow Indicator....

Is anyone has idea about these objects....What to do? what is t-code for it? 3) reset to original or Adopt modifcation???
