Receiver File CC is not called

I have an IDOC to FILE scenario. We are on XI 3.0 sp19. I can see the IDOC pushed to XI in the monitor, but when I look at the receiver CC it is not executed.

The is no error in SXMB_MONI. And in RWB message monitoring it only has an entry for Integration Engine when I look at versions - the usual Adapter engine and receiver CC is not there.

How can I debug this with no errors? Has anyone had this? Sometimes it works, we get a file - then sometimes it seems to stop at the Integration Engine.

Strange behaviour, sometimes it works !!! btw, is it only for File Adapter or all J2EE based Adapters (except IDOC and Http) ??

I hope you are using Central Adapter Engine.

You can check a few of below:

Status of Adapter Engine ( is it keep on going down),, Availability, administrative issues like clustering/load balacing etc

Adapter Engine Logs/Traces

Have a cache refresh across, (Integraion Engine, Adapter Engine, Adapter Metadata)

Availability of Target systems ( but error in this will cause error in CC monitor- just a cross check)
