SAP Webgui transaction is minimized in portal

I have a normal SAP transaction that is minimized when I execute it in the portal via Webgui.

If I run it via SAPGUI that transaction is a normal full screen and no issues. However when I execute it in the portal via WEBGUI or SAPGUI for HTML, the transaction is minimized. I have to manually open up the screen and then when I attempt to enter data is minmizes again.

This is ECC 6.0 and NW Portal 7.01 (EHP 1).

Any help on how to make sure it is mazimized. I can't find any info on this.

Check parameters carefully for WEBGUI in the portal
