TN PTAX changes

Dear All,

This month we are trying to bring the changes for TN PTAX as per the note 1389432.All the settings have been done & the utility programme also developed which showing the differencial amount.

But when I am running the payroll only as per current slab it is deducting but the arrear PTAX amount is not calculating.How can be the arrear PTAX amount will be calculated.Any body who have done this pl. advise.
