Return to Vendor Process in EWM

Hello All,

I am trying to create return delivery to vendor using VL60 transaction or Inbound delivery - Follow on functions - Return to vendor for EWM managed location. So i selected the inbound delivery which was already GR'ed and click on Return to vendor.

VL60 screen is in display mode. When i selected Return quantities a popup appeared and it is is display mode and not able to enter or change qty. Can someone let me know what could be reason for it.

I attached the screen shots as well. Appreciate your help.

system does not allow to return quality stocks to vendor. can you check the status of stock after GR?
