Hi everybody
I have a particular situation in a SAP Service Cloud implementation, and i want to ask for some guidance.
I`m gonna start a project in an Holding enterprise. They have 4 different business units, and they have a separate support service units for each one of them. Their customers can be registered in one or more of ther 4 business units, so, how do i make to load the individual customer info and have a different registry according with the business units where is registered?
Regards.
Hi Arum, Thanks for your Answer
When i talk about diffeerent registry, i mean different information. For example, i'm a customer in three of the sales org. units, but for each one of them, i have registered different address, email, and phone number. Actually, each one of the business units haver their customers data in Non SAP Databases. So i can exists in three different data sources, with different data, and thats the info that i must load to SAP C4C.
Regards

Hello Carlos,
I guess you will mark your support service units as a Sales org as well and will assign the same in Sales data. This will be the only way to link the customers with distinct units.
Note that you can only maintain specific fields as Sales area specific.
Customer Group, Incoterms, Currency,Order and billing block, Payment terms, Incoterms loc, Delivery priority, delivery block,
Sales Support Block.
Most of these are only relevant for sales.
What do you mean by different registry ? I am asking this because, in a Service scenario maintaining team specific data in the Individual customer makes no sense.
Best Regards,
Arun
