Duplicate entries error while upgrade to EHP1

Hi All,

During the upgrade to EHP1 we are facing the following error "Duplicate entries in the tables

BDLFUPIMP

BDLFUVER3

BDLGROUPS

BDLSADATA

BDLSAIF

BDLSERTRAN

"

Does anybody have any idea about these tablesand how to fix this issue.
