STO Committing Wrong Quantity through WRP1 T-code

Dear Experts,

We are facing an issue while creating STO Through WRP1 for multiple sites

eg:-

Case- Lets say I have an article "A" With Inventory 5 Qty Only at sender side(Supplying site)

If I Run WRP1 , For Article "A" for Both sites P001, P002 (Receiving site) , system is committing 5 Qty Each to Both Site , though i do not have enough stock at supplying site.

Early response will be much appreciated

Hi Afnaz,

I think, that this situation cannot be handled by WRP1 in this special situation.

Namely, when the ATP check is performed on the supplying site against the requirement of each sites, they are both OK one-by-one. (And this cannot be performed grouped.)

The ATP at this point cannot consider yet, that you are going to supply multiple stores as well, hence the previously checked store requirements are not yet posted.

If you would however run WRP1 sequentially for those stores, the situation would not occur, hence the ATP would see the requirement of the first store already, so the second store couldn't be supplied by the stock of sender site anymore...

Until the (first) STO is not posted on DB, the independent ATP check is unable to handle such situation, as you have observed as well.
