As promised in another thread, I wrote a blog with the details on how to configure the system to enable navigation from the standard Interaction Record view to the CRM WebClient Business Activity view inside Interaction Center. Please note that this is currently only available in CRM 7.0 -- via via SP06 or SAP Note 1424852.
