CCR - Inconsistency records not processed.

Hello

We have process chain that has the CCR checks running and variants have the option to Save results and execute the iteration.

But the inconsistent records are not getting processed or iterated. When I checked the Spool list, it give the report of inconsistent records.

1. Should'nt the records be processed when the option execute iteration is check marked?? meaning once the chain runs there should be no incosistency.

2. When we do it manually we select the records and then specify the action to be done Move to R/3 or APO or delete from APO.

and then execute iteration to refresh or update the report. Is this specifying the action accounted when the Execute Iteration is check marked in the variants??

Many Thanks

Aswath.

Hi Aswath,

1) Ideally, before start of the process chain, if we ensure that

the CCR run is done and iteration has happened subsequently, it

will clear all the error. Before iteration, the recommended thing is

that the inbound/outbound queues should be clear enough to

handle the incoming data. If at all, any error exists, that has to be

resolved well in advance.

2) Generally, it is recommended to manually handle the iteration

process to move to R/3 or to APO to check and validate the data

before iteration.

No. From standard SAP Help "The reconciliation always occurs online." The only way to actually reconcile is manually.

2. When we do it manually we select the records and then specify the action to be done Move to R/3 or APO or delete from APO. and then execute iteration to refresh or update the report. Is this specifying the action accounted when the Execute Iteration is check marked in the variants??

Iterate means recheck the original discrepancies when loading the results. Ideally, when you re-iterate, there should then be no remaining inconsistencies.
