Building dasboard in Xcelsius using datasource as universe

Hi,

I am trying to build a dashboard in Xcelsius using universe as datasource. There are WebI rich client reports already developed using this universe. Now i need to represent the information in reports using a dashboard and it should always show the live data. I am using BO XI R3.1 version and Xcelsius is installed on my pc.

I would really appreciate if any one can guide me in building a dashboard as i am new to the dashboard stuff

    Hi Eswar

    Sounds like you'll need to ask your BO Administrator for Live Office.

    This will allow you to connect Xcelsius to your WebI report (if it's been exported to the CMS), or enable you to directly access the Universe.

    Hi Eswar,

    you can use live office to fetch the data from the web intelligence reports if they reside on infoView.
