Confirmed Quantity not showing in standard report

Dear PP Gurus,

I have created a production order , and confirmed all operations . In the CO02 , it is showing quantity which is confirmed in the delivered tab but,

In the standard reports MCPK (OPERATION Analysis QUANTITIES) and MCPM Production order Analysis quantities it is not showing the any f f the quanties confirmed

In

Is there anything i missed in the configuration.?

Hi,

Have you checked the indicator for shop floor information system update in the order type configuration.

I think you need to activate this to get the values in report.

Please check and revert.

Hi Adhish,

First of all the quantities which is visible in "Delivered" field is not the confirmed qty, It is the quantity for which Goods Receipt already done. and u can do GR without doing confirmations.

About ur confirmation, whether u have done confirmation from CO15 or CO11N??

Try to check the confirmation in T.Code COOIS. On the top in "LIST" select "PPIOR000 Confirmations". Put your Production order no. and execute the transaction. Here u can see the confirmations which u have done against that order.

Check and revert if u have any doubt.

Hi,

Delivered qty at the header of production order is GR qt ynot confirmed qty.

Go into the operation in production order and check the confirmed qty.

You can check confirmed qty report COOIS

or check the table AFRU (Production order confirmed table)

May be you have not done confirmation so check whether it exist

Hi

Check whether you have any missing authorization for the mentioned t.code. After executing the t.code, go to su53 and find out any authorization object and missing value.
