line item of sales order is not copied into the delivery

In returnable packaging i have 2 material,bottle and crate.For shipment i have created an order.while doing delivery with reference to order only 1st line item is copid into the deliveryand second one is not copied.plz help

    Hi,

    In item category details insure there is tickmark for Schedule line allowed,

    In sales order at item level under shipping tab see storage location ,plant is appearing or not,

    Hi while copying from the order to delivery (Sales documents to Delivery documents).Some copy controls such as line items of the preceeding document not activated.So, go to copying controls of 'VTLA" and check that in the header under the dialogue box structure see that the complete reference check box is activated.

    Then all the line items in the order to delivery documents will be copied.

    Goto the sales order via VA02, Double click on the line item, select SCHEDULE LINE tab. see if the quantity for that line item is confirmed (if the qty is showing under confirmed qty column) if not, ensure it isconfirmed

    check and get back
