XCelsius BEx - BICS Remote check..

Hi,

We're getting Error#2032 and sometimes nothing happens when we try to access BEx queries in XCelcius.

We're on EHP 1 SP 05 on ABAP and BI JAVA side..I configured SM30 to use BI JAVA Portal.

I was told to check BICS remote and when i checked by test, I get below response screen..

Connection says close..does it mean am i missing something ? what else should i check ?

Do i need to use EP in SM30 instead of BI JAVA Portal ? Please confirm...
