if delivery ship to party address is changed then subsequent address should not change(sales order,contract).
how we can do it please answer me ASAP.

You should change a character of the address in the document manually and revert it back.
For ex: Change an "a" to "b", and then to "a" again, and then save.
In SAP, system will always consider the address from master data and not from the transactions like sale order or delivery.
