Shipment Cost

Hi Experts..

While creating Shipment VT01N in shipment cost tab - Pricing Procedure is not capturing in Procedure.

When i Change shipment i can able to select Pricing Procedure in Procedure.

I want the system should capture directly without inputing Defined Pricing procedure in Procedure Tab.

Kindly give your inputs.

Dear Shri,

Automatic pricing is possible in Shipment costing.

For this please go SPRO --> Logistics Execution --> Transportation. Here there are variety of configs that have to be done

1) Provided all basic settings in Shipments have been completed (shipment type etc, goto Shipment costs--> shipment cost document --> Shipment Cost Types and Item Categories

2) tranportation --> Pricing --> Pricing control --> Define And Assign Pricing Procedures --> Define service agent procedure group and define Service agent Proc grp. THis is to assigend to your transporter (Vendor)

3) Goto tranportation --> Pricing --> Pricing control --> Define And Assign Pricing Procedures --> Define and assign shipping type procedure group and enter the Shipping type proc grp and assign it shy typ grp

Here check the Item det. grp that is present in your item category.

Goto tranportation --> Pricing --> Pricing control --> Define And Assign Pricing Procedures -->Define pricing procedure determination for shipment costs here select the Transportation planning point and Select Determine pricing procedure and enter the combination of It Det Grp, Service agent procedure grp (Venofr Master), Shipment type proc grp and the pricing it should pick.

Hi Dany,

I am facing below error, i have tried all possible way to determine Pric Proc..what could be the issue..

Pricing procedure for 1001 0001 0001 not available

Message no. VY050

Diagnosis

No pricing procedure could be determined for the combination:

Transportation planning point : 1001

Item determination procedure group : 0001

Service agent group :

Shipping type group : 0001

Complete data entry for pricing procedure determination.

You can maintain pricing procedure determination in the configuration meno for shipment costs by selecting:

Pricing -> Pricing control -> Define and assign pricing procedure

Hope you have maintained the pricing procedure determination in IMG - for shipment cost document.

If you observe the message, "Service agent procedure group" showing as "blank", which means this Service agent procedure group have not assigned in Vendor master record for this forwarding agent.

here you could do 2 things,

1- either maintain the entry in Service agent procedure group in XK02 in general data* ( assuming), which is used when you determined shipment cost procedure

or

2 - maintain the procedure with the combination provided in error message.

In your case you need to maintain the below following entries and assign the pricing procedure iun the t code T_73

for your transportation planning point

Item det procedure group Service agent group Shipping type procedure group

0001 Blank 0001

Looks like the pricing procedure has not been maintained for the given inputs.

Transportation planning point

Item determination procedure group

Service agent group

Shipping type group

Please maintain it in T-code T_73
