Error if Absence and attendance makes Quota above limits(Max. Entitlement)

We have Absence Quota 24 which is linked to Absence type WR-. Now, if an employee gets attendance WR+ then this is transfered to Timetype and added to Absence Quota 24 in PCR during PT60.

If a person is given absence WR- then the counting rule is used to make deduction of quota.

Quota 24 was given a maximum limit of 40 Hr. and negative deduction upto -40 Hr.

We want to generate an error message in Time Managers workplace(PTMW) whenever attendance type WR+ is given such that it adds to Quota and makes it above 40 Hr(maximum limit).

Please provide a solution.

    Hi,

    You have to implement user exit (e.g. BADI HRBAS00INFTY) to run this maximum limit check during update of IT 2002.
