Hi All,
I have an issue with the datasource 0wbs_elemt_attr. While the WBS Element is in a process of creation in source system, the extractor is pulling the record with only wbs element and description into BI InfoObject. Since we have built an DSO upon this extractor and have only PSPNR (Internal WBS number) as a primary key, the data stored for this record is blank. This is resulting in records kickout in downstream applications. The next delta load will bring the same WBS element with all the attributes in it. so next time the data is sent to down stream application, there is no problem.
Thanks,
Deepika
Hi Deepika,
I am going to include this as a possable answer so other users may find it helpful.
The issue might be that in the process chain you are extracting the
Attributes first and then text. All the data is also going to a DSO to
support Downstream applications.
While the WBS element is being created in the source system, if the
data load happens, then attr extractor doesnt bring in the data at all.
But since the text extractor is after attributes, the WBS element is
saved in the PRPS table in source system and text extractor bring the
data and loaded to DSO as well.
Since in the DSO, you have Internal number as key, you get null value
saved and hence the records are kicked out in the down stream
applications.
