we have changed the backend R/3 system of our CRM system. No we have an issue with the accounts:
From the old backend, we've loaded accounts to CRM. Now we've the other backend connected and in principle the same accounts there, with the same number. Now each time we get a BDOC error: Customer number 4711 is already assigned to a business partner. I think the problem is that the GUIDs are different.
Is there a possibility to tell the system that it should overwrite the CRM accounts with the accounts from R/3?
