hello
One of my client wants the following possibility in system
Client wants to manage their personal accounts in system. He(client) total 11 personal accounts out of which 7 are money lender accounts where they take money from lenders as loan and pay with interest.
Thanks
Shruti
If the 11 personal accounts which your client has are part of his business for which SAP B1 is used, then you can configure those G/Ls in same SAP database.
If these accounts are not part of his business, then you can create another company and configure these G/L's

Hi ,
Try to create new GL and check with confidential mark.
Try on test database.
Thanks

Hi Shruti,
If those personal accounts are not parts of business, it is better handled in a test environment. Otherwise, your financial results will be wrong.
Thanks,

Dear Shrutiarora,
If I understood correctly your customer has taken out loans for personal reasons and he wants to add accounts in SAP Business One in order to control the installments and the interests s/he has to pay back (but the software has been used so far for the company)
Am I correct?
If he wants to use Business One for personal reasons it can create issues when the reports are calculated for the company and also this can cause an issue with the auditors.
I do not think this is possible.
If I have not understood the situation correctly, please give us more details.
Thank you.
