spool not generated

Hi experts,

I am facing problem in spool generation. I am using standard sap program to generate the spool. But after entering the output device the "No data selected" message is coming. befor that it showed the number of forms created and also asked for the printing option also perfectly. Actually this is happening for only few customer number.

For some inputs, its working fine but for some its not working. I tried to debug the std program but not able to find it.. please

suggest some inputs..

Hi Experts,

apologies for being not clear, I am elaborating the issue.

I am using the f.27 transaction for printing the customer account statement. I am using the standard print program RFKORD11.

when i execute the transaction for particular customers, the statement details are available but the spool is not created. After giving the output device, the message "no data selected" is coming. This also happens when i execute for certain group of customers also.

Please suggest some inputs.
