I have configure absence types and absence quotas and they are working fine.
Now I'm trying ot configure a scenario i.e. If an employee join on 01.01.2010 his probation period expires on 01.04.2010. I have configured absence quota valitdity and deduction interval by validate it from expiry of probation. The requirement is if an employee avails absence between 01.01.2010 to 31.03.2010 it should be not be deducted from leave quota instead it should count it as negative deduction to quota, can someboday help how to configure it or is it possible?
