PR to PO

Hi Fnrds,

Currently in our Scenario , When we are converting PR to P.O , if the PO qty exceeds more than the PR qty , it gives us a warning message saying that that PR qty exceeds PO qty.

I want to convert it into Error message , so that it should not exceed the PR qty.

Hi

Follow the below config path

Spro>MM>purchasing>Environment>define attributes of system messages

In that make message 076 in application area 06.as error message

go and change the below settings

spro->matmanagement->external services management->define attributes for system messages.
