PO creation after mrp run

Hi Gurus,

Should be able to automatically create the PO or Schedule agreement after MRP Run . (should be able to apportion to multiple vendors).

The Results of MRP tun will not be POs. It will be PRs. If you have source determination via info record, and sourcelist then you can create automatic PO by running ME59 after MRP run

When it comes to scheduling agreement, If you have sourcelist with sceduling agreement with MRP relevency indicator 2 in sourcelist, MRP will directly create schedule line, it will not create PR.

MD01 and MD01 will directly create schedule line.

1. yes it's possible to create POs and SAs automatically out of mrp.

-> you'll need to assign a source of supply in the source list.

2. yes it's possible for multiple vendors too.

-> you'll need to maintain a quota arrangement. There you can set fixed portions for specified vendors.

using quota arrangement if u want choose single vendor go to for allocation quota or other wise go for split quota.

its possible but not with md02 itself. once we create requisation in mrp and we go to me59n autoamtic po is possible.

Like how PRs are created after MRP run, POs have also to be created. In m59n we have to create it manually.Is there any setting to be done.

HI

It is possible by running batch job ( Use BADI Create -Purchase Order in your program for batch job) and scedule this batch job after every MRP run
