Modify User-Specific settings to all users

Dear Friends,

I need to check the checkbox "Downwards-Comp. Line Lngth(72)" found in "User-Specific settings -> ABAP Editor" for all users in at once. How can I do it? Is there any report exist or we need to modify the settings to super user which will be replicated to all?
