Process Order of previous period

I am not able to see process order of previous orders in COOISPI but can see the same in AFPO table.

please advice.

Hi,

Check following point :

1. No other selection parameter is used like Status plant etc.

2. Whether the process order lie between the period you giving in selection screen.

Also take process order from AFPO and enter in COOISPI without selecting date range in selection screen and execute.

I am entering the process orders details from AFPO table to COOISPI transction still nothing is coming up.

Hi,

Enter all the order into AUFK table and check what is the order category of it . It should be 40(Process order).

Make sure no selection parameter you have entered in COOISPI.

Yes it is coming in AUFK.

For COOISPi,

the transaction workinng fine if I dont enter any date criteria.

As I want to see the Process orders in the period of 1.4.9 to 30.4.9 ,the system give no result.

Hi,

As i said above the order might not be having date between the date you supllied.

Check the basic start date of order then enter that date in COOISPI and check .

My issue has been resolved as the order were marked with deletion flag I was not able to see them.

Pls tell me what do u mean by previous orders..

Pls check whether the orders missing have deletion flags

With this I mean 1.1.2009 to 31.12.2009.
